Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Maria de la Orden pieces, but if they aren't quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items. All garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure your request is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
